Does not fit on non-standard T-Posts. Also, these only fit one way, so if your posts are facing the wrong way, you may have to reconsider you installation. The short ones I bought work OK, but face outside the fence due to the way (direction) the fence posts were originally installed. These work as intended otherwise and are a good buy for the money. I think everyone can see the problem. If not they are just not easy to use with many setups. Chain link fence I have had problems getting them to stay in position. Waa hoping they would lock between the chains not just to the posts. I am still trying but kind of worried my dog will knock them loose.

If you're using a more powerful fence charger , these are too short and the current will jump to the steel post . For chargers designed just to keep pets in , they work fine.
