Soothes her along with giving her a lavender bath before bed. Works great. I did not notice my baby getting any more sleeper than normal. However, we're moving to a new house and we're using this for his sense of smell familiarity in the new home. It smells nice. Points down for not doing its promoted job, AND being rather tiny.
