A Firm Cervical Pillow
Color: White and Light Grey
I believe this pillow would be best for those who really want a very firm pillow to support their neck and head on. For those who like a softer pillow, this is really not the one to purchase. It just is too firm for me to get the best sleep on. I have been trying to soften it by putting it in the warm sunshine for an hour on one side and flip it for another hour on the other side, have also applied pressure by adding weight on it to soften it, and will try putting it in the dryer on low soon to continue to try to soften it. It is such a well made pillow, so that is why I gave it 4 stars. If anyone has anymore ideas as to how to soften it so that it will have more give to it, please let me know! If I can get it to be softer, then I know I will love the pillow. I so want to use it daily as I had my neck muscles, unfortunately, weakened (a very rare side effectI) from a radio frequency ablation done on it so am in much pain from my neck not being able to support the weight of my head.

So far so great
Color: White and Light Grey
I have chronic neck pain from a car accident 26 years ago. I had been using a more traditional type of cervical pillow—the kind where the center is basically a valley surrounded by tube mountains. It was okay, but not perfect. Enter this curiously-shaped invention. I have only been using this new pillow for about two weeks now, so I can’t yet speak to its durability, but I can definitely say that it is already a marked improvement over the rectangular neck doughnut. Thanks to my years of using the older style cervical pillow, my body already knew how to fall right into position with this one. I imagine that most people’s bodies would figure it out easily enough even if this is their first such pillow. My head and neck simply WANT to settle into the sweet spots. My neck pain, which will never be zero (unless they come with Six-Million-Dollar-Man neck tech before I die), was significantly reduced after the very first night of use and has remained at this lower level each morning. The day always brings reasons for the neck to hurt more, so I’m always ready for some overnight healing. This pillow does not disappoint. Not only do I wake up with less neck pain than I used to, but I also feel more refreshed and energized. I was surprised on that first night to learn that the part where the head rests while lying on my back was thicker than with the older style pillow I was using. I wondered if that was going to be bad, but it was great. My head actually feels more cradled by this design than, and I think that means less urge to fidget to find a good position. My head just feels right while on my back. Side sleeping has also become less fidgety with this pillow. My face hits that shape just right and it feels so natural. The plush finish is also quite soothing. My arms don’t always want to tuck into the niches as shown in the photos, but when they decide to then they also just fall in quite naturally. All in all, it’s a great design and has shown improvement in my sleep and pain reduction. Again, I have only owned it for a couple of weeks, so I can’t speak to how well it will perform over time. So far I’m very happy with the purchase, and I would recommend this to anyone who has neck or shoulder pain to manage or has sleep quality issues.

Helpful pillow
Color: White and Light Grey
I purchased this pillow because my neck had been bothering me. This pillow is very well designed for the positions you sleep in. I do have to try it out to figure out if I have it on the side sleeper or back sleep side. The pillow if very supportive. It is pretty firm. I wish it had a high pillow pillow topper to it. I do not care to sleep on it every night. I like to pull it out when my neck is bothering me and sleep on if for a couple of nights and then put it away for a while. This is only because in general I like a firm but soft pillow.

Great temporary solution
Color: White and Light Grey
I love and hate this pillow. It's on the stiffer side but not in a majorly uncomfortable way. I find sometimes I sleep weird on it and have to do a pillow swap for a few nights. Much cheaper than the ones you can buy from a chiropractors office with the same support level.

FINALLY! FOUND A GOOD ONE!
Color: White and Light Grey
I have a (much) smaller version of this pillow I purchased here on Amazon that was MEH at best. It's not a "standard" size pillow; more like a toddler sized pillow. That seller reached out and offered me $30 to change my review which I declined. I use it for a few months, but was still waking up stiff and very sore (neck/shoulders). Came across this one and hoped for the best. I am so glad I did! It is so much bigger, thicker and I'm not waking up in agony anymore. Impressed with this and very happy I gave it a chance, and at this price, what an amazing deal!!

Comfy/neck/shoulders
Color: White and Light Grey
I have only used the pillow for one night but my neck and shoulders feel better and do not hurt this morning, which is a plus! I’ve been waiting for this to go on sale and finally gave in on prime day.

Sleep Saver! A Godsend!
Color: White and Light Grey
SO GLAD WE FOUND THIS PILLOW!! My husband had ANOTHER spinal cord injury to his neck in Spring of 2022. Needless to say, he was having such pain at night and just could not find a comfortable position for his neck to ease the nerve pain down his arms. After trying several different pillows, nothing was working. I researched some more and found this pillow, the ZAMAT Adjustable Cervical Pillow. There were several reviews from people who also had the C-4, 5, & 6 vertebrate issues....and all were promising. So, what did we have to lose?! This had been a Godsend! He has relief from the pain and can also sleep in many different positions without having a change in comfort. Another PLUS: He sleeps with a CPAP machine and this pillow does not hinder that in any way! My husband is happy and I am THRILLED! It is definitely worth the try!

No pain at night
Color: White and Light Grey
I am so pleased with this pillow. I have degenerative arthritic disc disease in my neck that causes me a lot of pain. Sleeping can be so miserable when my neck hurts. I was skeptical at first, every pillow claims to be the best. I have to say that I even use this pillow when I'm watching TV on the couch. When that time comes and I want to lay down, this is the only pillow that puts my spine in comfortable alignment. It has made a huge difference for me. I only wish it came in a travel size.
