I ordered this power supply for a new desktop Windows 10 Enterprise build. The PS exhibited some problems with the 12 V on power up; I called Zalman customer service & explained the erratic behavior. I had been not shutting the computer down because restarting was the usual trigger for problems. I also needed the system running so I could complete tax returns.
