I’ve been using this portable air conditioner for a few days now, and overall I’m satisfied with its performance, especially for the price. The cooling power is solid for a medium-sized room. It brings the temperature down very quickly and maintains a comfortable environment. The unit is relatively compact and easy to move, which is a big plus if you want to use it in different rooms. One of my favorite features is the drainage-free design. The dehumidifier function also works well and noticeably reduces humidity. In addition, it is easy to install and clean. The Wi-Fi function does not work. I called multiple customer support numbers and no one answered. There wasn’t even a voicemail. I would strongly recommend not to buy from this company. The machine is louder than advertised. We used an app to measure the noise level.

First and foremost, it is a very quiet unit. Extremely easy to set up and very user friendly. It however does struggle quite a bit to keep a 10x10 insulated room in my home cool in summer heat, even just being used as an assist to my central hvac. It produces about 10 gallons of water In a day, so be prepared to set up for continuous drain or emptying the tank constantly. If it weren’t for the huge hassle it would be to package and return it, I’d have sent it back simply to get a larger unit as this seems to be very over rated for actual cooling performance. ... show more

This is smaller than my last portable which is great, much quieter and has lots of functionality. It hasn’t been too warm yet so time will tell. Comes with a long window insert which is great since I have large rolling windows!
