First off of you don’t like putting together ikea furniture you’ll hate putting this together. The instructions are non existent and the guide photos are awful. Thankfully my husband was able to figure it out. Now they send a little mallet to help put it together but after one use trying to put pieces together, it broke. The pieces we were sent aren’t all the same, as you can see from the picture it seems one was welded wrong. I messaged the seller and they said they would send me the correct piece within the week. It’s been a month, I tried following up and still no replacement piece. My husband was able to make it work because he has the tools to fix it but now the drawer doesn’t slide into place the way it should. It still works as a bed frame but moving forward we’re going to be better off building our own frames rather than dealing with all of this. ... show more

The California King bed is supposed to be good up to 800lbs. (according to the item description at the time of purchase and review). However when we assembled the bed frame there was a warning label on the frame that says 500lbs. As a result when my family (adults, kids and dogs) were on it, it began to break. After less than 1 week the cross bars began to snap and break. I contacted the seller since this was clearly not the same as the description. They would not provide a paid label to return the item. It took almost a month of going back and forth to finally receive a refund when I mentioned the Amazon A to Z guarantee. Definitely would NOT buy or recommend. ... show more

For the price it’s ok. Sits ver low. I need a box spring with mattress. Instructions are very vague. Parts aren’t labeled. Whole frame just snaps together. We’ll see how it last.
