These are great as replacements for some old resistance bands. Once every year to a year and a half, my resistance bands break from the heat in my garage home gym. These are fine and do what they're supposed to, but they need to be thrown in a box of chalk, because the sides stick to one another in the heat too easily and rub, causing chafing more than my previous resistance bands. Maybe this isn't an issue for you, but these need to be less gummy. The chalk I mentioned might help in the gym over time but these are just ok right out of the packaging in terms of texture. Performance-wise, i don't think I experienced any issues.

Excellent product. Very durable and high quality so far. Got these to replace my 3 year old ones that started to break down and crack. For the price I’m good with replacing every few years. I use them for working out when I travel and they are perfect for that. They come with a bag and door attachment for a bunch of exercise options. And you can use more than one band to increase resistance. Great product.

One of the bands cracked in 3 places on literally the first use! I've been using bands for many years and I've never seen one break so fast. Guaranteed it'll break into pieces the next time it's used. Usually, resistance bands last 6-12 months (sometimes longer), depending on how heavily they're used. Also, frustratingly, the price dropped by about 10 bucks shortly after I purchased these (I'm assuming because others are complaining that they were improperly stored and/or are old and cracked). As for the bands that DIDN'T break, their resistance "weight" is definitely NOT what's advertised. I bought these to use while traveling, i.e. I have another set of bands at home, and I'd say the Zacro 170 lb band is roughly equivalent to a 125 lb band from other companies. So long story short: 1) the resistance level is wildly incorrect, and 2) they're not durable at all. Too bad because I even paying around $32 would be totally reasonable for a FUNCTIONAL set of bands.
