It’s a shame because I get the zafu from them too and I really want to have the zafu and zabuton in the same color (the color it’s so pretty btw) the quality is good and it feels great but I really need something a little bit larger so I’ll send it back.

I've been using this cushion daily for two years now, and it's held me in comfort. The buckwheat hulls are heavy and hold their position. Super comfy, no pressure points or discomfort when sitting. The less you worry about your body, the more you can focus on your mind. =0) Lately I've had to shift the shape to accommodate an injury, and I don't have to worry about any movement of the hulls even for longer sits. The cover comes off easily for cleaning, with a thinner cotton bag on this inside to separately hold the hulls. I would line dry to avoid the possibility of shrinking. The color has faded from constant use under my foot area. I haven't rotated the way I sit on it to account for wear, and as a result, it is becoming a little threadbare in one spot. I believe the cover is capable of holding up to daily usage for probably five years or more if I had only rotated it! ... show more

It’s a bit small. Im 5’4 and barely fit. I’m giving it a 4 stars because you can’t beat the price. The quality it is decent and comfort is mediocre. Overall if you’re short and looking for a meditation cushion then go with this one. If you’re tall or have the disposal then I wouldn’t pick this.
