This being our first pellet grill, I expected more issues with temperature control, pellets getting jammed, and difficulty lighting the pellets (based on two friends that recently bought pellet grills). I am happy to say that after a few weeks of near daily use, none of these issues have appeared while using this grill. We have grilled, smoked, BBQed and baked, all with equal success. The temperature was easy to set and maintain.The probes for the meat made it easy to monitor without having to lift the lid.I have used it a couple of times now and look forward to cooking with it more. I would recommend.

Pros: Easy to assemble, easy to clean Heats up fairly quickly and holds temperature well. Plenty of cooking surface. Cons: Their are a few things that needs to be improved. The magnets on the doors aren't strong. I find that closing one door opens the other, if you let them swing to close. I'm also coming from a gas smoker and I miss that smokey flavor I use to get, if you're wanting a good smoke flavor, pellets aren't the way to go. The grill over won't last the weather will fade it and cause it to rip in no time. ... show more

Quality grill for the price plenty of room nice design easy to move around. It will need to be assembled took me roughly 2 hours to put together myself over all very happy with purchase

    • You get what you pay for
I purchase this particular product because it was several hundred dollars less than similar from another manufacture. But buyer beware: you get what you pay for! As I began assembly I noticed damage to the smoker. Dented door, internal components were bent, chipped paint..... I looked again at the box it arrived in and no damage to box. This leads me to believe this smoker was damaged prior to packaging. Other than obvious quality issues this seems to work okay. Does take a very long time to heat up to a cooking temperature. Still playing with it but not convinced it gets hot enough to grill steaks or chicken. Seems more to be a slow cooker/smoker not so much a BBQ grill as I was expecting.     • Do not buy zgrill
It work for one year before I had problems with the temp control and errors. Once I replaced the fan and temp control it worked for 2 months before it quit completely. If you enjoy working on your smoker and waiting for parts over and over. This is the grill for you.
