    • Feels sturdy but some stuff cheap quality
Quality is amazing but some features just are not it. The meat probes are not showing the correct temperature and it’s really hard to see the screen on a sunny day also the gasket burnt off on the lid somehow.

    • Absolutely zero customer support
Bought the big brother of this grill through another vendor. The ZPG1100-2b Same as this one but 39" wide. Went through all the instructions (which are not easy to follow BTW). Bottom line did all the initial setup on the controller. Feeding pellets in and so on. When it came time for the final step (to allow the pellets to do an initial ignite) the control panel went into hysteria. Flashing all kind of weird symbols and so on. Oddly once in a while it would gather itself and display correctly. During one of these times I was able to set up the WIFI app (that too is no treat). The grill works normally through the WIFI app, but the control panel itself is useless. Tried now for 2 days to reach ZGrills via phone, email and so on. No luck. Hoping to simply get a refund and get something else of better quality. Overall there is so much to really like. It's laid out well and versatile but what good is it if you can't use the control panel? ... show more
