I noticed some review complaints about the included hardware being of poor quality, but I found the included bolts to be perfect for the job and of excellent quality. Perhaps they have upgraded them from the earlier versions. The instructions were clear. Pre-drilling pilot holes with a 1/4" bit was perfect. The screws have a 7/16 hex head, which made installation with an impact driver quite easy. I marked the lowest hole first and then drilled that. Then I installed the screw for that hole (the lowest one) tightening it just enough to hold the bracket in place and used a small level to make it even. Then I did an initial drill of the remaining holes, and loosened the lower screw enough to swing the assembly out of the way to finish drilling the other holes. Then I swung the bracket back in place, tightened the bottom screw enough to level it. Finally tightened all the screws. Very pleased with the finished product. ... show more

Stripped the heads off of two of the 8 screws - the first with a drill, the second hand tightening thinking I learned my lesson. Would highly recommend buying a higher quality set of lag screws and using those instead. Trust me, that hassle is far less than drilling out the stripped screws. Otherwise, the racks themselves are a great size and are sturdy. Have had no issues since I installed them many months ago ... show more

Overall great construction. Can definetly support the weight of storing large amounts of wood on it. It is a feel to the tubing. It is hollow, but it is all one solid peice construction, rather than a cheap bended version of it. I will say the screws are not that great, as I was installing it into concrete and sheered the heads off them. Pick up a 10 pack of tapcons from Lowes or Homedepot and they worked great. I used 3/16 bolts and needed to use a washer to fit the hole. ... show more
