I am using this mini pc as a media device connected to my receiver and tv and it works very well. The positive reviews are all of a SD card not this mini pc which I have reported to Amazon. The pc booted quickly to the win11 setup page so you have to go through all the Microsoft bs as always. I looked at the bios and it was exactly as advertised so no issues. The wifi 6 works well as does the wired internet connection which is my preference. There is no fan so it does get warm but not hot but I am just using it mostly for YouTube movie and music videos. I doubt it has enough guts to play any serious games. My one complaint was I had to send a note through Amazon to get them to send me the activation code for win11. The code should have been with the documentation or a sticker on the machine. They did send me a code fairly quickly. Overall so far I am very pleased with this mini pc. My experience with their customer service has been excellent. It has been refreshing and they answered all my questions. I wanted to know if I could upgrade the SSD and RAM in the future if I needed and they sent me the specs along with a detailed instruction set with pictures. I received a two year warranty and a free USB hub as well. You will not be disappointed by purchasing from the company.

I wanted something compact to use in my home network to teach my children more about computers and this one came up. Reviews looked good so I gave it a shot. Very happy I did. We primarily used it for simple coding tasks, like they're starting to introduce children to in school. It handled a clean install of Visual Studio, was able to compile decently complex builds, and even ran game emulation cleanly for our local testing and experimenting! It was packaged nicely, with enough padding to ensure nothing moved around in transportation. It was very quick to set up, just a simple Windows install. I have a number of computers around the house for various things so having another added to an existing Microsoft account made it even faster. The WiFi had no issues with picking up my internal networks, even when ontop of the broadcasting device. I enjoy the fact that it's virtually silent. This is my first non-RPI that is fanless, and it's pretty neat how little heat it generates. I certainly didn't try to play any games, but some of the servers I tested running off of it should have taxed it enough to generate significant heat and it never got to a dangerous temperature let alone enough to feel the increase in the unit itself. Pretty satisfied with this one. If you want a small, quiet box to work off of, send emails from, or if you're a hobbyist as well, it's great for the price point.

The card arrived promptly and was expertly packaged. It came secured in a clear, rigid plastic sleeve, nestled within flat cardboard retail packaging. My device detected the card right away, and I experienced no issues when transferring data to it. Given the affordable price, I couldn't have asked for anything more from this product.
