This coat is wonderful. It fits a little big but being able to tighten the waist helps a lot. It is not big enough to return and reorder a smaller size. Normally, because my body type is thin, 5' 6.5", 130lbs, most medium clothes are loose on me. This jacket felt a little tight once I had my winter clothes on under it. Zipper is a heavy metal so should hold up well. Pockets are easy to get to, but are only under the top material, not the bottom material which would have kept my hands warmer. The pockets are deep and roomy, though. I like that this jacket has cloth cuffs that form fit snugly over my wrists. I like how the hood and collar cover my entire neck and all but my face to keep me warm. It is attractive on and I have received compliments on the jacket when I am wearing it. ... show more

I bought this jacket to take to the east coast. I am 5’2” & 165 lbs. I purchased an XL knowing I’d be layering up, I still had room, was warm and dry. Not too heavy in weight, very comfortable! I recommend this jacket if your looking for a longer coat with water resistance and a hood.

My dream coat. I only wish the waist string stoppers were stronger so I didn't have to keep sinching. Very warm, good quality, good for laying too ! I'm 5'6 and 175 and the medium fits perfect - not too loose or tight. Waterproof aswell :)
