This bike exceeds expectations. For less than the price of a manual folding bike, you're getting a relatively lightweight, good performing electric bike full of desirable features. It looks great and performs equal to or better than many other E Bikes costing a lot more. I was very surprised at how stable this bike is with the small tires. I have been going downhill on this bike at speeds well over 30 mph, and it feels relatively stable and the brakes do a good job of slowing down and stopping the bike. Other reviews have covered what makes this bike such a good value. Here I am providing a few tips to help you get it together without running into problems and having to deal with Customer Service, which is quite good by the way, The best I have encountered for this type of purchase actually. 1. Check the fenders right away. There is a likelihood that they could be damaged during shipment. The connection to the bike is somewhat soft, and in most cases, the fender can be just bent back into shape. 2. Use pieces of the included packing material placed under the handlebar grips when you turn the bike upside down to put the wheel on. That way the bike is held off the ground and the controls don't touch the ground which could cause them to be damaged and malfunction. 3. Before installing the front wheel loosen the front brake caliper bolts so that the caliper moves freely, then set the wheel, center and tighten. Then tighten the caliper bolts alternating between the top and bottom while squeezing the front brake. This will ensure your rotor is centered between the brake pads and unless your rotor is warped, will ensure The pads don't rub against the rotors unnecessarily. If there is a slight rub that is not necessarily a bad thing as long as it is even and is not intermittent as you spin the wheel. The brakes will wear in over time and actually get stronger as well. This Bike is a solid value for the money.

I use this Ebike to ride to near stores. No regrets. Just one thing to know. The tires do deflate on their own very very slowly. I think this is normal b/c of the weight of the Ebike. Car tire deflate slowly on their own too. It took me some time to assemble it. I had to do some tightening. There is no problems with this bike riding up hills. It accelerates quickly. Also, it has a lot of features.

The only problem we have had with this bike is that the tires go flat a lot. We do live in the country so there are stickers, so I understand...lol. Recommend purchasing no flat tire tubes for it if you don't live in the city. Also it's very fast, so be careful if you're a scared of how fast it goes

The media could not be loaded. Bike was sent defective seller reluctant to send replacement bike; only parts. As any human, spending this much, I want my product to work right out of the box, not having to find someone to repair a supposedly brand new, electronic, that’s not cheap. Seller offered to refund $50, I assume for replacing the throttle; definitely more than that to replace; I’m a nurse, not an ebike technician, such an inconvenience for a BRAND new purchase. Their confidence in the problem being the throttle, didn’t sit right with my soul, too complacent with poor product preparation. Handle bars are obviously crooked, seller denies it; they’re molded and can’t be readjusted. THERE’S NO VIDEOS ON YOUTUBE TO HELP YOU WITH THIS BIKE; INSTRUCTIONS ARE NOT RELIABLE ***ALSO, the battery does not slide in and out with ease, at all; BIG deal breaker It’s a struggle, I always have to go find a male veteran to get it out for me and that defeats the entire purpose of getting this bike; contradicting my independence. Seller finally sent a prepaid label almost a week later AFTER I reached out to my bank. Amazon tried tremendously to help, but they’re limited when it’s third party, so they say. They asked me to email the video, but you cant email over a certain size, so yeah, you ca’t email all videos; so it’s now uploaded. This was NOT easy or convenient return; I still have a NON-working, overly heavy bike, in my way; and I reside in a tiny home with no car or working bike, now. Customer satisfaction is NOT their priority, at all. THIS IS THIRD PARTY NOT AMAZON! PAY ATTENTION <3 Hope you find your bike!
