Stools were well packaged and protected, however nearly every piece was scratched, scuffed, or bent. (Must have occurred prior to packaging)I was able to clean many of the pieces, but the ones that were bent or otherwise damaged had to be returned. Received replacements very quickly! Again, the stools were dirty and scuffed, but I was able to clean them and avoid another return. Style wise, I love these stools. They look sleek and minimalist. And they feel pretty sturdy and do not wobble when you sit on them. I have four stools total, and the handle underneath one of the stools hangs lower than the others. It's annoying when I look at it, but not enough to muscle them over to the UPS store to return again. Three stars because of the many damaged pieces, and inconsistency in the handles. One if them has that cap stuck to the metal piece I was apparently supposed to take off. Now adjusting it doesn't work and if you pick it up, it completely comes off the base. Help. What should I do? The cap will not out at all?

Very upset I opened these stools and they were all scratched up. Not cool will definitely be returning. Waste of time unboxing and building just to find out I received what looks like a returned product. I'd give 1 star but they seem like ok stools mine just unfortunately arrived all busted.

Each chair comes in four easy to assemble pieces and requires attaching the seat to the post with four screws (includes the hex key Allen wrench). My kids are elementary school ages and immediately set out to monkey test the chairs. I panicked briefly—considering the implications of an ER trip in my day. Happy to report these chairs supported the mad twirling of my Flyweight kid (108 lbs) as easily as it did my youngest (45 lbs) w/o anything close to tipping over. The chairs have a clean, modern appearance and seem easy to wipe down (I got white, so maybe avoid spaghetti night because the seats are molded plastic with PU leather cushions). I like the look of these, they are not fancy or expensive but rather practical and attractive. They were easy to assemble and sturdy. The height and range are perfect for me because I prefer sitting higher up. They are more comfortable to sit in than they appear. I like the vinyl grid on the bottom of the base so it won't scratch the floor. The weight is good and they seem like they will last forever so that's it; they are not fancy or luxurious but they are great for what they are and I have no complaints, there are no down points, just good practical stools, attractive enough to fit in anywhere and serve the purpose without taking up too much room. ... show more

Received the set of white stools in a timely manner. However, upon assembling I realized that one of the stools was defective. I contacted the seller immediately to ask for a refund or replacement. The seller was prompt to message me back and offered to replace my order free of charge or a credit back to my account.
