The chairs are so prettyl, I just thought the upholstery would be softer, but that's not a problem, I loved the gold and white, extremely elegant and sophisticated.

The media could not be loaded. These are wonderful! Usually I need my boyfriend to help me put stuff together but I was able to do these myself in about 20 minutes (after 10 mins of just unpacking then lol) They are gorgeous! I get so many compliments on them from everyone who comes over. I can’t sit on bar stools for too long unless they have good cushion and these definitely do. I was pleasantly surprised that you can lean back in the chair and the back moves back too. They arrived very fast but you’re going to need a lot of patience when unpacking it because they cast it up like it broke it’s leg! 😂 Perfect height for a kitchen island and larger men still find them comfortable too. ... show more

The screw holes were a little off so it was a little bit of work to get them to line up to where I could screw them in but overall the comfort and height are good. Not bad look overall, I’m happy with them. I wanted some that would be comfortable and these are exactly that.

Edit: #2 I am receiving a replacement box thanks to amazing customer service that the seller provided. I generally do not interact with sellers much, but this seller truly cared about my shopping experience and tried everything within their power to make sure I receive a quality product. For future users, I will be sharing the YouTube video that the seller sent me that helped me catch a couple of my assembly mistakes: 1. The orientation of the cushions do matter for the holes to line up well 2. I had to use some force to align the holes because the metal frame during the shipping may have slightly bent. Once it’s performed correctly, the chairs would look good. 3. This is my personal tip: I decided to put the back cushion up by one hole so the back can be a bit higher. Edit #1: The seller is working with me to try one more time with a video instructions on assembly and use my feedback to make the next iteration of product better for other customers. Also, the seller offered to refund or replace if the chairs still cannot be reassembled. I will update this review in a day or two again. Original experience: There were no instructions to assemble the product. The holes where the screw go in do not line up at all. And the chairs came in later than expected. ... show more

*3rd update*: I’ve had these for around 6 months now and I love them. They’re super comfortable and they look fabulous. I really appreciate the seller sending me the different backs so that they’d all match. *2nd update*: the seller reached out and sent me two more backs! They pointed out that they changed their manufacturing process on them so they look a little bit different. The original ones I got had the seams down the back, the second ones were flat, and now the 3rd set that the seller sent have the seams down the back. But they also have a seam that runs along the top of the back cushion and the backs aren’t as plush on the side that attaches to the poles. I doubt most people will even notice, honestly. *update*: the seller reached out and is going to send me new backrests so my chairs all match! Once I receive them, I’ll increase my rating:) Original: I bought one set of these a little over a month ago and I really liked them, so I ordered two more. I just assembled the new ones and they have different backs! The older ones have the tufting/channeling and the new ones have smooth backs. I like the ones with the channeling WAY better. So incredibly irritating. I’ve reached out to the seller, so if I hear back from them, I’ll be sure to write an update. ... show more
