The couch broke 2 weeks after the return window closed, and the seller has not been responsive and refuses to contact about a refund or replacement. I bought this for a little loft area upstairs where I keep a TV and a couple of older game consoles that I don't play as much. It's a decent couch, pretty easy to put together and feels pretty stable. I'm 6'0", and the back hits me in a spot that isn't ideal, but the cushions seem to be pretty sturdy, and I'm not sore after sitting or anything. Wouldn't recommend it for long sessions or sleeping, but it's decent in a room you don't use every day where you may not want to spend big money on a nicer sofa. Considering you can get a couch delivered to your door, this isn’t bad. The seat cushions are fine. However, the back support is not tall enough for the average-sized person. The back cushions are not very comfortable.

This sofa was perfect for a small spot in a small apartment. Very easy to assemble. The ottoman is great. My only complaint is the back cushions - they too flat. So I am taking them completely off and going to use big feather pillows - only downside is there is a strip of velcro I will have to contend with on the back.
