I work from home three days a week and this is such a comfortable, flexible chair. I have not noticed any back pain from sitting in it all day, so it definitely offers good support. Additionally, it is a decent size, cozy, and just a cute chair! I also love the way the arms go up so you can reserve even more space. The assembly wasn't anything too tough to handle, took 20 or so minutes between my boyfriend and I. I definitely think its a great value for the price and would recommend.

I am very picky about my office chairs. I looked at so many chairs and read what felt like 100 reviews before I settled on this one. I love that the seat is a little wider so that I can criss cross my legs. And with that being said, the arms going up is a bonus as well. The color is a beautiful cream. The leather is so soft. When I put it together, I left the plastic on as long as I could do to other reviews that touching the mechanism parts could leave black on your fingers and you could transition that to the leather. Doing it this way I had no issues. I put this together in just a little over an hour by myself. Screws were separated in one plastic blister pack with an extra set of everything in case something was lost. I needed no other tools than what they gave me except scissors to open the plastic blister pouch. I am 54. I had to get a little creative with the back, but I just pushed it up against the couch for leverage. It rolls very nicely and looks beautiful in my office at home. Would highly recommend to anyone I saw reviews about it either rocks too much or not at all but the knob underneath the seat you just turn it and that will either tighten up the rocking or if you loosen it it will make it rock more so I haven’t had any issues with that. Anyone that has come over and seen my chair always says something and loves it. I sit here about 8 to 10 hours a day and I’ve had no back issues, I am about 5 foot 6. If you’re on the fence and looking between a few different chairs, I think you would be pleased with this one.

This chair came in a decent amount of time and was well packaged. Assembled it last night with minimal help from my fiance. Only took 15-20 mins to assemble once I pulled everything out and read through the instructions. I bought it to replace my old chair in my office. Today is the first day I've used it and it is only lunch time. But so far I really like this chair. The quality is excellent. Stitching all seems good. The material on the grey one feels like buttery soft leather. Bottom is nice and cushy and back very supportive. Arms are decently solid, though I don't think I would want to put a ton of pressure on them. My 8 year old likes to push down on chair arms while he is watching what I do. I definitely won't let him with this chair. I have no complaints about the chair itself. But on to the chair and me personally...For my body type, the chair arms are too wide apart - I'm a 5'3", 170lb woman. When I use the arms, my elbows stick out away from my body. Also, they are about an inch or so too high for me. So far today, I've just pushed them up out of the way. The chair seat is also a touch deep for me. When I sit all the way back, the front edge of the seat pushes into the backs of my knees. On a good note, this makes it big enough that I can sit criss cross applesauce easily. The only other con for me is there seems to be some static electricity on the chair. Every time I get up, I can feel the static and once it was enough to shock me. Not a huge deal, I'll wipe it with a dryer sheet to see if it helps. Overall, I really like this chair and will be keeping it as long as nothing drastically changes over time.

I got this chair to replace one that has gotten very old and has been peeling, but served me well in my office for several years. This one arrived well packaged, well labeled, clear directions, and even a set of spare parts that I didn’t need to dip into. I’m 39F, 5’8 and my main concern is the height of the seat and back, both are ample for me. I am a crafter and sometimes the armrests can be annoying, so that was a feature that I was absolutely interested in on this chair. I’m pleased they tuck almost all the way back and do not obstruct movement. The lumbar support is already a key feature as well. This was very quick and easy to put together and all parts seem to be made of good quality. I would definitely recommend this chair for office/crafting use.

It arrived quickly & was packaged well. It went together easily. Notice where you place the bottom because the back of the chair is against the bottom of the chair. It took a bit to connect the arms, which attach to both. So maybe attach the bottom with most of the chair towards the front. Hope that makes sense... Maybe just do not tighten everything until all things are connected. Over all, it is a great chair. The material is so soft, the arms are nice, the swivel and tilt work great. Well worth the money. :)
