The media could not be loaded. Great trampoline. Great bounce. Lots of fun! Customer Service has been FANTASTIC! VERY responsive! That alone is worth it! Would give Customer Service 10 Stars if I could!! Only minor drawbacks were the ladder instructions had us put the steps on backwards so they were slanted downward rather than upward - very uncomfortable on our bare feet! Customer Service sent us a brand new ladder so we could install the steps in the correct direction. Also, the sprinkler needs to be rigged up somehow, since the weight of the water-filled hose cuts off the supply to the sprinkler on the trampoline. We will work on a solution for that next summer. The lights require an electrical outlet, which is hard to come by in a back yard! We decided to order a different set of lights that are battery-powered (39-foot string fit perfectly!), and they work great! We used the plug-in lights that came with the trampoline to decorate our back deck instead, and they look great! A little bit of doing to do, but all in all, it has turned out to be a great purchase! Wanted to give 4 stars due to the ladder, sprinkler, and lights issue, but Customer Service has been so awesome that I gave them the full 5 stars! ... show more

My kids they like it a lot of fun I receive it with some cut with the Nets cover but the seller company and they work with us very nice and they exchange it and they send me a new one. I love the way how they take care of the customer I recommended this one. 👍

The lights that were supposed to come weren't there. Contacted them and was told that they were out of stock at the time. It would have been nice to know that up front. Other than that the product is good.

Ok, I did a lot of research on different trampolines before I purchased this one. We had one before and it lasted us a good 5 years, so I was ready to purchase another when our last one died. I wanted this one to last 5 years, plus! The kids love it. Never gets old. This one is super bouncy, more bouncy than the previous one and it comes with all the bells and whistles. Lights! Basketball hoop, basketball, cool lights! Only problem was that the green thing that covers the springs isn't big enough, looks like it was made for a smaller trampoline and we ordered the largest. They have promised me they would send me a new one soon. Their customer service is excellent. If you are on the fence, please know this one is of excellent quality! ... show more

My kids absolutely love this trampoline. It definitely takes at least two people to put it together (at least the frame does). The only downside is that the lights have to be plugged in to work.
