I would start the review by a comment that I would not call myself as a super-handy guy as many do comment in their reviews. I am just alright and have some ideas. Install is not that hard if the instruction manual were clear. I used contact seller option and got answers within 6 hours. Remember, manual is not good and could use better English, so please use “contact seller” option. I worked with a Heidi who was so good that she picked up my phone in the middle of her night and called me back her next day (China based). I will put in a few learnings. Before you start, please also have a 13/32 ratchet with you. (1)comes in a big 100lb box (2) some small bags for bolts/pads/washers are snugged/hidden inside fabrics. Look for them before thinking you are ripped off.(3)T connectors for bottom rails are pre connected on 4 of the rails. Don’t try looking for them. (4) make a circle but when you start putting in legs at least one rail will come out. Don’t worry too much about. Just get it standing. When the springs are installed it will be OK (5) springs are easy to install, spring extending tool is very good with high efficiency (6) bottom tube installation is tricky and many had reviews about length of bolts. Orientation of black plastic pad is important to gain threaded length of the long screws on the other side of bottom tube. If you have them the wrong way then screw would not come through the other side. (6) upper tubes: will have a cap attached at the plain end. Insert into net sleeve with the cap on. Caps in my shipment were off and the desired end of upper tube were not going into lower end. So I used other end. When I told this to Heidi, she shipped 8 pairs of new bottom/upper tubes in case. I got a lot of help from her who was answering questions after discussing with technicians and she solved all of my problems. I was lucky that I did not have to go to hardware store as the “1” reviewers but I could see myself going there by trying to decipher the installation manual and not contacting the manufacturer. I had a weak schedule so took a week to put it together but people who can start earlier in the day and those who are really handy can do it in a few hours. I will revisit the review after winter and let you know if it broke down.

Update: The trampoline company reached out to me and offered to reimburse a portion of the new trampoline we purchased, even though we ordered a bigger size than we originally had. Customer service is outstanding. We hope to have many more years of fun. Original review: We’ve had this trampoline for two years and my kids have loved it. It has served its purpose well. The zipper on the net broke after a few months but that wasn’t too big of a deal. The mat that covers the springs has completely worn after two years and it would not stay on the springs very well either because the strings got worn out. A few months ago we had a storm and the entire trampoline got lifted up and thrown a few feet away. That definitely took a toll on it. We were able to bend it back in place but the net is just hanging because two poles broke and I saw a crack in one of the foundational poles as well not making it safe anymore. I did reach out and asked if I could get a replacement, they offered a discount. I haven’t been able to spend the money on a replacement yet with the discount, but do hope to as my kids do play on this every single day. Overall it is a great trampoline, but don’t expect it to last for years in the elements. I would buy it again though if I could. We purchased the 12 ft for our 4 kids, and I would definitely size up just for safety, and if they have friends over the 12 ft is too crowded in my opinion.

We bought this trampoline 2 years ago (for our daughter who is now 4.5). But strangely enough, one of its top rails got broken recently, when she was jumping on it with some friend. And their total weight was definitely less than 200LB (which is way below this trampoline limit, 400LB). The seller kindly provided us with a replacement for the broken part, and we are going to try to replace that part soon. Will try to update this review further!

We bought this trampoline after a horrendous purchase from another company. Many shipping delays etc. This product shipped on time and arrived EARLY! It only took my husband and I 2 hours to put it together. Really straight forward. We did look up a YouTube video on how to assemble it, I highly recommend watching it as some of the instructions are not exactly clear. Overall great buy! Also, their customer service reached out right after we bought it to let them know if we had any issues. We did not and all the parts were received in the package we got! Very happy customer! Also, my husband (280lbs) jumped on it briefly with no issues :)

We have only had it a few days, but I like that there are multiple screws holding the net on and that the net is towards the outside of the mat. The net seems sturdier than our old one. Make sure you put the black spacers the right way to allow the o-bolts to sink in to them and go all the way through. Get those tightened before you do the bottom bolts as I had a couple strip out when tightening the nut on them (glad there were extras) and you have to take the full net support bar off to take the o-bolt off and change it out. I can’t get the zipper closed in the net, but hopefully will once it stretches a bit.

This is a nice little trampoline. As with most it takes a little time to assemble but it’s not complicated and you get some tools to go with it. Other more expensive trampolines look to maybe have a little more bounce to them but we’re happy. The kids love it. I took it apart and stored it indoors for winter but it was still in pretty good shape at the end of the first summer.

Great quality trampoline and feels very sturdy. It was easy to assemble in 1.5 hours. The only issue I ran into was one hole missing that had to be drilled. It wasn’t a big deal to us and a simple fix. It’s a great addition to the backyard and my kids have played on it everyday since we got it. The 12ft one provides a lot of jumping room but doesn’t take up too much of the yard.
