This review is for the 12 ft round trampoline. Likes: easy to assemble, comes with a ladder, excellent safety features, which is my main reason for buying this brand. Cheaper trampoline brands have two open-ended pipes sticking up under the trampoline mat, and I read a review with pictures that pointed out that their trampoline leg came apart and the hollow pipe was sticking up under the trampoline mat, which seems like a dangerous situation. This brand uses a T bracket to hold the legs and base together, so there is no open-ended pipe sticking up under the bounce mat, which is one of the main reasons for purchasing this brand. Dislikes: cushion that sits over the springs is a bit thin and did not come with ground stakes or a mat for shoes. But these issues are acceptable, considering how much cheaper this was compared to the other trampoline I originally purchased. I originally purchased another brand that starts with the letter Z, but after receiving and assembling it, I realized I received an 8 ft trampoline. After back and forth with the seller, they refused to send me a 12 ft trampoline and claimed I purchased the 8 ft, even though the price of the 8 ft was less than what I paid. So I disassembled and returned at the sellers expense. I had trouble finding another trampoline that was reasonably priced and had the same safety features, mainly a T-bracket at the base where the legs meet the frame of the trampoline. Cheaper trampolines just mount the leg to the frame and have two hollow metal pipes, that with the bouncing may come apart, which leaves a metal pipe sticking up under the bounce mat. Which could end up being a dangerous situation. The price was also about $150 cheaper than the original trampoline I purchased. This one has much better bounce and was as easy to put together as the original. This one did not come with a cushioned mat for shoes and also no ground stakes. But after buying ground stakes, this was still much cheaper. Assembly was straightforward and took two adults about 3 hours total. The quality of the materials is pretty good and has already held up well through a couple heavy storms and days of direct sunlight. This trampoline seems to have much better bounce than the precious one I returned. The kids have a blast on it and really enjoy it. Overall, it has very good bounce, safety features, and priced well. I can not speak to how long it will last, but seems like good quality and the company is pretty responsive. I would recommend and buy again. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. So i want to start off with this thing is very stable! We out it up and my 3 kids and my husband who is 210lb all jumped with no issues, then we had heavy storms and the wind was blowing everyones trampolines with nets out of their yards but luckily the net on these easily pops out and back in so we took it down literally in 2 minutes. Along with all the rain that happened for 3 days back to back i expected some rust (we also live near the ocean) kept an eye on the metal for a month and no rust! The only reason i gave it 4 stars and not 5 is because in the photo it shows the trampoline skirt to be much longer and it’s actually pretty short and almost didnt fit at all and one of the straps for the skirt broke off immediately. But besides alll that its wonderful. My husband built it with our 10 yr old so I would say fairly easy to build. ... show more

Just set this up and it’s great! I love that the bottom legs are powder coated to help them last longer, it comes with a ladder, and the curved bars make a lot more usable space. I love the straight zip design much better than the one we had before. Also the tent style poles around the top to make it a full circle or a nice touch. ... show more

Ordered this for my daughter to get her off of screen-time now and then, and I went for the large 15ft version on the advice of another dad's review. Took my time assembling it today, a hot and sweaty day, and I think the whole process was about 3 hours with some breaks. This model came in 2 boxes, which the seller advised me would be the case as soon as I ordered. My impression is they monitor orders and strive for customer satisfaction, as they wanted to set expectations within a few hours of my placing the order. Good vibes. The boxes arrived on schedule. The largest had a split seam and I feared there would be missing parts, but the items were packed inside in such a way as to minimize the danger of parts escaping. Everything inside was exactly right, and no damage. Everything went smoothly following both the printed and video instructions. My only suggestion for improvement would be to make the foam covers on the upright net support arms from a foam that doesn't grab the net sleeves when inserting them. I went back and forth trying to get the net installed, but in the end I watched the video instructions on YouTube and the montage for this part of the assembly, although it looks cute and entertaining, is actually also exactly in the order you need to do things to get the net installed: work it down onto the poles a little at a time while walking around from post to post. That part could be emphasized more, perhaps. Once I did this patiently, it started to get easier. Also, the parts package came with the exact number of items needed for the assembly, no more. Would prefer to have extras of anything threaded as oftentimes those are the points of failure when putting together a product like this, but I will say all of these parts worked perfectly and no extras were needed in the end. One last note: Make sure the bolt heads in the leg extensions are turned inward when assembling the frame, as this allows the eye bolts for the netting poles to line up correctly during its attachment. This is stated in the booklet, but I missed it, so had to turn things around later (my bad). Overall, it was kind of fun to assemble this trampoline, and my daughter lit up when she came in from school, and she started bouncing instead of hitting the iPad. (Mission accomplished.) She's still out there now with her mom. I would like to be able to buy some spare springs for future repairs, but I don't see those available on the CalmMax site. I'll contact them directly to discuss that possibility. Overall, very happy on Day 1. I hope this trampoline will be used for years, and we're off to a good start. UPDATE: The company seems very concerned about quality and reached out to me to address measures they've taken to strengthen packaging since my purchase, and they are willing to replace any needed parts.
