These blinds are so nice! My husband was able to install them and program them without any issues. All 3 are on the same remote and work perfectly! No more climbing over the bathtub to open or close the blinds! We plan on replacing all the blinds in our house with these.

Overall, the quality is great and the value is decent. These are still more of a "nice to have" product - as such I don't think we've yet seen super affordable versions. With that said, I didn't see reviews mentioning Home Assistant. I did see some confirmations of Zigbee support for Hubitat, Smart Things, etc but nothin specific to the support of Home Assistant via Z2M. I can confirm it does work but you'll still need to pair the RF lightwhirl remote for permanent settings such as the upper and lower limit. Key takeaways: - Pair the included RF remote. The Lightwhirl manual has more in depth instructions but the short of it: Press P1 once, green lights, hold P1 for 3 seconds, flashing lights. Press the number of the programming slot (1, 2, 3, etc). Hold the shade's button for ~2 seconds - get a single up/down jog then release. Press P2 once on the remote. You will get another up/down jog confirming the remote is paired. This took me a few rounds for whatever reason but eventually it worked. - To put it in Zigbee pairing mode, hold the button for ~6 secs. Ensure that Z2M is already in a permitted pairing mode as well. You need to see three cycles of short up/down jogs. Release the button, you should go from yellow to flashing blue on the LED. Give it a sec, Z2M will pick it up and complete the pairing process. - Use the Yoolax instructions to set your lower and upper limits, that becomes the defaults for up and down then you can effectively use the open, close, or percentage open via Home Assistant. Overall I'm happy with this, lightblocking is pretty reliable - would be even better with some tracks. I wish that more settings were exposed via Z2M but at the end of the day the only thing you really need is to control the shade anyways. ... show more

Super happy with these. We had four windows that faced south but were behind a desk so not easily opened or closed. We put these up and paired the one remote to all four shades. They have "full open", "full closed" and a third spot - "favorite" that we set at midway. Really helps with using the sun to heat the room, and keeping the sun out to cool the room. ... show more

These are GORGEOUS. I purchased the linen beige for a double window in the front of my house. I have wanted something like this for 20 years but the cost was always prohibitive. These were unbelievably affordable. They we delivered quickly, and my husband had them installed, both of them, in less than 30 minutes. They absolutely fully block the light. All the hardware was included as well as a little packet of information and installation instructions (though my mechanically minded husband didn’t look at them lol). They don’t make much noise, but you do hear the motor, and the fit was impeccable - to the nanometer. They roll smoothly and as they advertised, we can use one remote to operate the shades at the same time. I will be replacing all my wood plantation blinds with these! ... show more

These were pretty easy to install, charge and have working quickly. It seems like they cut an inch or two from the width measurement you purchase to ensure it’ll fit in your inside-mount window, which I wish wasn’t the case.
