This was really easy to put together, highly adjustable, and very sturdy. The included instructions are easy to follow, and they included the tools required to put it together (though, not the tools to take pieces off of our bike that we needed to do to install it, but how could they?) It was a nice touch to include a couple of different sizes of the C-Clamps for the struts to make it more universal - we used the smaller ones.

My son has been using this rack for about a month to carry his instrument on his bike … it worked great for about a month, but then the metal joint broke… now it is not usable…. And of course, we are just outside the return window.

This product was flimsy and weak for the amount of time that it's lasted me since I purchased it. It hasn't been that long and I have already lost some screws from it because the screws become loose despite me tightening them. And the seat tightening portion of it also does not tighten enough and causes it to swing the tail back and forth and uncomfortable as the bars that are supposed to Anchor to the back tire end up swinging also and causing to touch against the tire wasting the tire away as well because of the loose seat portion of it

This product a POS!. If you only plan to use this while riding on smooth paved trails through a gentle park, get it. But if any of your roads of travel have even the slightest bumps don't waste your money. The bolts will rattle loose and the set adjustment pegs will snap. This rack rattles and has a ton of slack causing a lot of rattles. If you can find it for under $10 get it. Otherwise make sure you find a quality name brand reliable rack.
