The bag came with an assembly flaw during production. The sewing on a part of the edge was missed entirely. The double zipper still works and goes around the perimeter of the top, but there is an apparent 1inch hole. I contacted their Customer Service Rep and received a reply on the same day! As this product is prepackaged and stored in an Amazon warehouse, they unfortunately couldn't send a replacement bag to swap it out. Instead i was offered a 20% refund which i gratefully accepted. Truly one of the quickest and helpful interaction with a support rep I have encountered so far.

It took about 10 minutes for me to install this on my e-bike, & I wasn’t able to get a screw through one of the rack bars. But with the zip-ties, I was able to secure it with the frame & it hasn’t budged since. I use my e-bike to commute, so I’ve definitely put this thing to the test. It’s stayed secured through high speeds, bumps, & even one crash lol The bag easily comes in & out, so it doubles as a lunch bag, reusable grocery bag, or just a front trunk for fast food. But, be warned — it’s not waterproof, or even water resistant. If you’re like me, & you have the kind of bike frame that won’t support a rear rack, then this is the best alternative. I’m writing this review about 3 months after purchasing, so you can be assured that it’s durable!

I really wanted this basket to work, but unfortunately it didn’t live up to expectations. The idea is great, but the construction feels flimsy and not very secure once attached. It doesn’t feel stable enough for carrying anything with real weight, and the mounting system could definitely be stronger. It might work for very light items or short rides, but if you’re looking for something reliable or durable, this probably isn’t the best choice.
