The 34L capacity is no joke—I can fit my laptop, a change of clothes, and my lunch in one bag with room to spare. They were very easy to attach to my bike rack and feel really secure once they're on. The bag is a good size and looks like it will fit a lot of stuff. However, the product description forgot a very important part of “fits most racks.” I checked the compatibility as well as I could to make sure my rack was compatible with the bag before I bought it; but as I was installing the bag, lo and behold, it DOES NOT WORK WITH FLOATING RACKS!!! Usable, maybe, but only if you want the panniers to hit your tires when you turn or hit a bump and end up ruining the bag. You need a rack with a side frame to hook the panniers to the rack and keep it from bouncing. (I tried uploading a video to explain it, but there were technical difficulties.) I would love to keep it because it seems exceptional overall, and the space is exactly what I need and maybe even more, but unfortunately I can’t use it.

Get exactly what you pay for. Totally worth it it has enough storage that now with that and the large rear basket cooler on top of it gives me enough room to get a week's worth of groceries and have some tools on me in case something goes wrong

Size matters. Be sure you follow the sizing info. I didn't and mu heals hit the carriers bags. Otherwise I feel the quality is very good.

It's a great price, but unfortunately after about only 15 miles I'm getting holes in the bag. I've got a normal, 4 or 5 pound laptop and a spiral notebook, and it seems the corner of the laptop and probably the spirals on the notebook are making the holes. It's probably fine if you just want to pack clothes, but I wouldn't pack anything fragile at all. Also, it was raining one day, and the rain cover is nice and easy to put on, but the water from my backwheel (I don't have a rear fender) made it's way into the inside of the back and got some papers wet (that was from 2 miles in the rain). Update Sept 2025 The seller reached out, apologized, and sent me a sturdier pannier. The new pannier is very nice and has held up over the last few months. Excellent customer service
