Second, there are so many special features worth mentioning! When sitting to get out of the chair it is near effortless, it will adjust to a 45° angle allowing the person sitting there to basically stand up directly from the chair. It also is a wonderful recliner and will recline 150° with a footrest. So relaxing - AND it is also a massage chair! This chair really has it all. It has different modes for massage and it can target certain areas of your body. My favorite thing is the heat function. It is the perfect place to relax. Now you see why we all rush to get this spot in the house first! It is overstuffed and the thick padding makes it even more cozier. The recliner operates very smoothly and quietly, it is simple to adjust all aspects of it to your liking with a push of a button. The metal frame of the recliner makes it extra durable and sturdy, which is great since it is now the most used chair in our home. It is fitting for all of us and it can withstand the weight of us with no problem as my kids will both often sit in it with me. This recliner was simple to put together which made me very happy. I was able to get it together quite quickly and we started enjoying it right away. The media could not be loaded. The recliner came in two boxes, one of them is pretty heavy. Six pieces in total, base, back, two arms and two ear. Super easy to assemble, no tool needed, you just need to slide the pieces into slots and then connect the cables and controllers, I finished it in 20 minutes. The chair is quite sturdy, I guess that's why it's so heavy. The seating experience is quite comfortable, the padded cushions offer excellent support. The power reclining mechanism is smooth and virtually silent. This chair has two controllers, one controls the position and the other one controls massage and heating functions. The first controllers has USB port, so you can charge your phone while seating/lying on the chair. I like the foldable cup holder, which can give you a clean look when you don't use it. ... show more

We just put the chair together. The directions were very easy to follow. Weve been looking for a while to replace my worn out rocker/recliner. I didn't know I wanted a power lift chair til I recently broke my shoulder and find I need the power to move the chair into a comfortable position. I wanted to replace my family room furniture after I did a full upgrade in it. These chairs were the perfect fit. I purchased 4 to replace my movie theatre chairs in order to maintain the full surround sound illusion. These chairs are much more comfortable and provide a more relaxing experience. The frame is solid wood, and the mechanisms is steel, not sure what type. The mechanisms move smoothly, and the massage runs the full body length. It does take some time to heat, but for me that is a good thing, no shock to the body. You can run the heat without the massager. The lift is smooth and gentle you control it through the remote so you will not be ejected from the the chair. It is one of my best purchases this year. ... show more

My Dad is recovering from a hip replacement and he has trouble sitting comfortably and especially getting up. This is exactly what he needed it makes it much easier for him to get up and it’s very comfortable. It’s too hot here right now for the heat option but I tested it and it works well. It came in three boxes and was easy to assemble and it looks good. It’s more then I expected for the price. I’m very happy with this purchase.
