The parts are not cheap and the instructions are simple. Building it took me about 2 hours. Take a look at the video below if you are skeptical but I promise you, capitalize on this opportunity.

The media could not be loaded. I wanted one of these for years and finally upgraded from a squat rack. Glad I pulled the trigger on this one. Has amazing value and everything anyone would need. Assembly was easy. Took some time but wasn't frustrating at all. I've built simpler products that gave me a headache. I was able to get it done alone. I did use my own tools to speed up the process (ratchet 17mm) The cage is solid. No wobbling as some others in the same range. Durable and loaded with workout options. Packaging was tight and secure as you don't want to return something like this. The only thing I wish was more color options. I painted mine green and I love it.

The media could not be loaded. This YOLEO Power Cage seriously exceeded my expectations. It’s super sturdy, I’ve loaded it up heavy and it doesn’t wobble at all. The pulleys glide smooth and quiet, and all the attachments (lat bar, tricep rope, etc.) feel strong and well-made. I love how versatile it is. I can hit squats, pull-ups, rows, lat pulldowns, and more without switching equipment. Setup was straightforward with two people and didn’t take too long. If you’re building a home gym, this rack checks all the boxes: quality, function, and value. Highly recommend!

I spent several weeks comparing power cages at this price point. Being a mechanical engineer, I was looking for design and construction quality, as I didn’t want to have to worry about stability of the cage while doing pull-ups. I believe this cage is probably one of the most sturdy. This cage has some design features that set it apart from the rest. First, and most importantly, the pull-up bar has vertical welded brackets that bolt to the frame, giving it excellent sway resistance on the front. This is important since there is no other way to brace the front in a side-to-side direction. Second, the large steel plates on each side at the top provide stability in the fore-aft direction. The plates also act as oversized washers to help prevent crushing the tube steel. In all other bolted joints, there are plate washers to prevent crushing the tubesteel. Finally, the two main base tubes are 2”x2-3/4” steel, while the rest of the frame members are 2”x2”. The extra thick brackets tieing the vertical members to the base tubes provide additional fore-aft resistance. There were a few questions I couldn’t answer by looking at the seller’s pictures. The footplate will clear the plastic base foot and lay flat on the floor (see picture). The weight storage bars do not have removable 2” sleeves, so only weights with 2” holes can be stored on them. Additionally, the barbell storage and landmine have 2” holes, but I guess you could use the 2” sleeves over a barbell to better fit. The J-hooks are just metal, so they will probably scratch the paint on my 5’ bar. Lastly, the vertical sliding pulleys have quick pins that can also be tightened by screwing them into the vertical 2”x2” tubes. One of the features that I really like are the three attachment holes on the lat pulldown bar. This allows the bar to be attached to both cables so that a 1:1 weight ratio is achieved. Packaging was overall good. However, one of my vertical tubesteel members had a small scratch and a dent which ended up being covered up by the pull-up bar bracket. The main two boxes arrived two days early. The third box with the bench arrived a day later, still a day early. My second and third choices would have cost about $420, so for a package price of $450 I only paid an extra $30 for the Yoleo bench. This bench is a versatile addition to the cage, and I’m glad I paid the extra. All the pulleys are 2-3/4” diameter at the groove. They also have roller bearings and seem to do well with cables. I would have preferred to have two chrome rods for the weights to ride on, but the square tube and rollers are smooth enough. Dimensions are: 85” tall 41” wide to the outside of the tubesteel base 59” to the outside of the weight storage bars 69” front to back, including the feet Overall I’m very impressed with the sturdiness of the cage, the overall construction and materials, and with the versatility of the bench. I have no regrets.

Seller only shipped the Bench. No other parts and does not respond .Buyer Beware many other options. Product isn't structurally sound due to not fully being there. As for the price it is not savy as you have a better chance at a goodwillbin.
