My 6 year old is getting into basketball for pleasure and loves this hoop. The adjustable capability is very convenient where we have it at the appropriate height and it will grow with him as his strength improves to throw higher and further. Durable material although living in the northeast I was concerned about the backboard with snow and ice if it fell over I didn’t want snow or ice piling and possibly breaking it. The backboard’s strength is a question mark for me, but I’m not concerned for normal use. Happy with providing two nets, give me a backup for the eventually wear and tear rips ( I missed this in the included notes so when opening was pleasantly surprised that there were 2, hope it wasn’t a factory error). I would reccoment to anyone looking for a portable goal. No issues with packaging and seems to be very sturdy. The one complaint I have is the instructions. They are not that clear, but still simple enough to figure out with some common sense.

We left the goal up over a weekend when we went out of town. When we came back the goal had blown over (60+MPH wind gusts) because we didn't lay it down when we left. The rim was bent due to falling over. I contacted the company that sold the goal about ordering a replacement rim since ours was bent. They shipped out a replacement free of charge. Well let me let you all know I’m a regular guy I’m not bob the builder I did have my son hold certain parts to help keep them up right but other than that it was very easy to assemble & all the parts were in the box so should you buy this product well why not my kids play everyday and have a great time the rim is sturdy but have a few tools handy to make it easier as I did. ... show more

Unfortunately, we had a massive windstorm, and even though it was weighted down, the wind blew over the hoop and severely damage, the hoop itself. Ordered this for my sons bday a few months ago. We finally got around to assembling it because his basketball season just started and he wants to practice. The rims is somehow bent and won’t install properly. Contacted Amazon for a replacement rim, I didn’t even want to return it, and they said it’s a third party seller and can’t help because it’s been two months since purchase. I guess shame on me for not assembling it right away, but it was a gift and we bought it ahead of time for his bday. Regardless, I paid $170 for something I can’t even use!
