This chair is very attractive. It "sits" well, feels good. The massage and heat feature is great. I didn't even especially want these features, but the price was good. It does not recline as much as I would like it to, not really adequate for sleeping a whole night, but that's just me. I think naps will be ok. It's also a little short. When it's leaned back, my ankles and feet hang off the end and I'm only 5'6." I'm sure a shorter someone would love it. I wouldn't buy it again, but I won't return it, because I can live with the disappointments. This is not really the chair's fault. If a person doesn't already have a recliner, it's hard to envision what a body needs. It could be wider in the seating, it's a snug fit, but I'm a big girl. I didn't assemble it, so I don't know how much trouble it was. I paid someone to do it. ... show more

Bought the chair for my husband, the one we had was not comfortable, he loves this chair. He says it is comfortable and helps him get up high enough to stand up easier. He is in the chair 24/7 and is very happy with it. The only thing he doesn't like about the chair is to make it go up or back you have to use the button on the side of the chair, it is not on the remote.     • Smooth-Working Lift Chairs
My husband and I bought two of these chairs. There was a problem with one of the boxes getting lost in transit. Yodolla was wonderful to deal with for this problem. They responded quickly to my email and shipped a replacement when it was obvious the box was not going to get to me. So I had to wait an extra week or so to have both chairs in place, but it was not Yodolla's fault and they were very prompt in fixing the problem. Really a pleasure to work with! As for the chairs--they lift and recline very well and very silently. No complaints there. They are quite pretty. I was a little hesitant to get such a pale shade of tan, but I really like it. My husband really likes the massage feature, while I don't really care about that. The only complaint I have is that they are not really comfortable. They are improving as we use them, but I would have liked a little more cushioning. I use a seat cushion to make the seat more comfortable, and a pillow for my back. I am giving five stars because the company is so easy to work with when there is a problem, but the chairs themselves rate only 3 or 4 stars. ... show more

    • Fantastic chair!!
I purchased this chair for my husband who has end stage COPD, this chair heats and massages him when he is in pain, it raises him up when he needs to stand and can't do it on his own, the legs lift and the back goes down with just the press of a button, so he doesn't have to use his precious oxygen struggling with it. He sleeps in this chair and it works so much better than the hospital bed he had before. It is a blessing to anyone with any kind of mobility issues. Thank you! ... show more

    • Revised. Required repairs after 3 weeks use. Decent chair but smaller than expected
Further update: My husband rewired the chair and it works again. Update: 3 weeks in the massage functioned stopped working. A few days later neither the heat nor lift / recline functions are working. Contacted seller and will update once I hear back. The chair was used less than 30 times in 3 weeks. The chair is nice and sturdy and the lift, heat, and massage all work well. However, it is much smaller than I expected it to be given that it is stated it is for big and tall people. My husband is over 6' and is not comfortable in this chair. The leg/foot rest does not extend very far and his legs hang off. Also, the seat is a tight fit for him. The cats love it - they find no flaws :)! ... show more

We already had a lift chair in our tv room but when my mother came home from skilled nursing I decided to get one for her bedroom. Initially I ordered from ValueCity but it wldnt arrive until June and was $600+ plus a delivery fee. I decided to ck Amazon and found this one for much cheaper, alot more features and it could get here in mere days. A friend put it together but he said it was easy. It has a smaller profile than the original one and looks much nicer - more like a normal piece of furniture than a utilitarian one. To be honest I think I have gotten more use of it than she has (lol). Its very comfortable & quite sturdy. Im not a small woman (300lbs abt 5ft 5in). Not sure how it will hold up but so far I am quite pleased and have no reason to think it wont be with us for as long as the other one. ... show more

This is a decent chair. Pros, smooth operation, comfy seat and back cushions. Convenient USB port. Cons, terrible fabric, all pilled where I lean and put my feet and it snags if you have a cat. Also, the foot section is lacking in padding. Feels like wood and only fabric in spots. After only a few months the chair looks awful. I would not recommend it. ... show more
