Chair feels firm and supports pretty well. Can be adjusted to lean back far which is nice. My main complaint is how LOUD this chair is. Any time I change positions, there's just loud pops that come from the base of the chair. I've taken out every screw, lubed it up, retighted everything, and no good. If you don't move at all, the chair seems good, but it drives me up a wall how loud this thing is. ... show more

Easy to assemble. Heat isn't very strong, still using a heating pad. Massage is a vibrate, not true massage, but it's very comfortable.

I was looking for an office chair since my old one was broken. I work from home 100% and work in front of computers all the time, I am indeed need a good chair to support my daily activities. Initially I did not consider this chair since it is not.made from genuine leather, however I was attracted by its ergonomic design as well as the massage feature. I decided to give a try eventually and I am so happy with my decision. The chair arrive in a box, and I immediately opened it and started to assemble it following the instructions. I am not an engineer or anywhere closer to be considered handy, but it only took me half hour to assemble it without any struggle or confusion.
