Comfy chair, nice footrest, adjustable, lame "massage"
Color: Grey
Style: with footrest
This was difficult to put together because some of the part for the arms were confusing and didn't fit well, but in the end it was not rocket science, and I am happy with how comfy and adjustable the chair is. The massage is just vibrations, which is a nice rejuv, but I would never call it a massage. Happy with this purchase for my work from home office.

Firm and supportive, but loud
Color: Black
Style: without footrest
Chair feels firm and supports pretty well. Can be adjusted to lean back far which is nice. My main complaint is how LOUD this chair is. Any time I change positions, there's just loud pops that come from the base of the chair. I've taken out every screw, lubed it up, retighted everything, and no good. If you don't move at all, the chair seems good, but it drives me up a wall how loud this thing is.

Amazing Chair! You’ll never want to get up!!
The media could not be loaded. Whether you’re working or gaming this chair will change your life! It features heat and massage options and has a handy pull out footrest! Assembly was easy and you won’t regret this purchase!

Directions are terrible for assembly.
Like the vibrations heat . Will determine the comfort after 8 hrs of work

Overall good
Easy to assemble. Heat isn't very strong, still using a heating pad. Massage is a vibrate, not true massage, but it's very comfortable.

Well made and ergonomic friendly chair
I was looking for an office chair since my old one was broken. I work from home 100% and work in front of computers all the time, I am indeed need a good chair to support my daily activities. Initially I did not consider this chair since it is not.made from genuine leather, however I was attracted by its ergonomic design as well as the massage feature. I decided to give a try eventually and I am so happy with my decision. The chair arrive in a box, and I immediately opened it and started to assemble it following the instructions. I am not an engineer or anywhere closer to be considered handy, but it only took me half hour to assemble it without any struggle or confusion. After being using the chair everyday during the weekendays for the past two and half weeks, I am very satisfied with it, the height, adJustabel features, massaging function are everything I need as an office chair!
