I needed a couch that fit on my 36-inch RV slide and this one fits! I looked at several, and this one appeared to be the best for the price. I’m very happy with it! I bought a cover for it because I have pets, but I can feel the heat even with the cover on it. The only negative things I can say are that my feet hang off the edge when reclined (but again, it had to be a maximum depth to fit in the only place it could go) and the power cord could be a little longer. But I am very happy with my purchase and have recommended it to my RV neighbors.

The Good: Comfortable Easy to assemble Massage function has lots of options Massage function is good for the price Heat function works The bad: Heat isn't that strong 3 seat couch: middle seat does not recline, massage or heat Latching system isn't that great. Feels like the end seat will tip if you lean over too far Singles seat has a pull lever vs a side latch like the rest of the couches. Good for the price overall. I just hope it lasts.

The media could not be loaded. Oh, I absolutely love this couch and recliner. It is sold separately but it is worth the money. The recliner comes in two boxes and the chair comes in about six boxes. I actually thought that I had two recliners and two couches, but they put it in separate boxes which was cool it did not come damage, just make sure that you put it in the proper slots on the proper sides and no tools needed. I did have a little trouble with putting the cushions for the armrest on because it has zippers on the side just line it up you’ll be fine. The massaging in the recliner and couch it’s not like WoW!!! But it will help you relax of course with your favorite drink.

As others have mentioned, the heat function isn't so hot. That being said, the customer service was great (2 of my 4 boxes came a little later and I didn't have tracking numbers, but they checked in with me and gave me all the info I needed. The couch itself assembles easy, the connections simple. My wife and I find it very comfortable. I have beginners arthritis in the knees, back and neck, and find the couch takes some of the pain away, especially with the massage function. The handles used to lay down are a little stiff, but it's new and to be expected. (Better than loose, right?) Very happy with the purchase.

The reviews weren’t wrong it does only vibrate but it’s amazing.. it has different stages and many settings at that, even the heat is amazing. We got this for our RV and it’s the perfect edition. The family fights over it cause it’s so comfortable. Was very easy to put together also..
