I liked these shorts as pictured so I decided to take a chance despite the mixed reviews. I ordered a pair in khaki and in grey. I was pleasantly surprised that they fit well and are actually flattering on. However, there are a fcouple of things I will note: the khaki color is more of an ecru or yellowish beige than the faded khaki as shown in the item photo, and the fabric is a non-stretch cotton linen blend rather than the drapey tencel/rayon type fabric I was expecting. But thankfully those details are not deal breakers for me. I like that the fabric is lightweight, breathable and not itchy or stiff like many linen blends cans be. I am 5'5", 136 lbs. and the size medium fits well with a relaxed fit so there was wiggle room for a little bit of shrinkage. These shorts are a welcomed addition to my summer wardrobe, particularly for super hot days.

Cute inexpensive shorts! Appropriate length and coverage for all ages. They fit at waist, not hips as the description says. I am 5’5” and 155. I normally wear a Large short and these are a Large. I have a bootie and these are roomy enough. Love the size of the pockets! They are slightly darker than the listed picture, but still a nice shade of lighter denim. They are a good value for the money. I like them well enough, but not enough to buy a pair in every color.

I didn’t have super high hopes when I ordered the Youcur Jean stretch shorts — I just thought they looked cute online. But wow, was I pleasantly surprised! I’m 5’5” and weigh 165 lbs, and I ordered the XL. They fit like an absolute dream — not too tight, not too loose, and best of all, not too short (which I was fully expecting they would be). They’re incredibly comfortable and flattering, with just the right amount of stretch. I’ve already decided I’m ordering a few more pairs in different colors. Definitely one of my favorite finds this season
