The pillow is amazing quality keeps me cool at night and supports my neck when I’m sleeping on my side or my back. It’s a great value and I feel my sleep quality is improved with less frequent neck pains in the morning. It’s pretty firm but not too firm and it’s a great size.

Let me start off by saying this pillow is awesome. It’s very soft, and comfortable. I use this pillow to sit up in my Bed watching tv or while I’m on my Laptop! Since the1st night I sleep like a baby. It feels like your laying on fluffy clouds. If you’re in search for a new pillow, I definitely recommend this one. I purchased 2 of these pillows. One for me and one for my Sister who just had Surgery. She said it helped her with her Back Pain. My Sister was very happy I bought her one. This pillow exceeded my expectations for the price point it is. It is made of good memory foam and has "heft" to it. It feels substantial and well made. I really like the outside cover that unzips and can be laundered. I must admit my neck has been stiff from sleeping on my current pillow so I chose this pillow to replace it with. Although there is an an adjustment period with any new pillow for your neck, my first night on this one I woke up with not as bad a stiff neck. I will give it a few weeks to adjust. I think me and this pillow are gonna become good friends in no time. I recommend this pillow and would highly suggest you give it a try. The cradling effect it has on your neck is very supportive. It has two heights of comfort (front or back). It feels different at first, but I fell asleep right away. Again I recommend this from my personal experience.

The first night that I used the cervical neck pillow I awoke without the usual stiff neck. I have numbness and pain in my hands due restrictions in my neck and shoulders, and the pillow has offered initial relief. Time will tell if it alleviates my pain because I just began using it. I found the pillow to be comfortable when sleeping on my back and side (not a stomach sleeper), and it allowed for better positioning of my hands and arms. The height works for me, it aligns my neck and spine, and the memory foam molds to your body. Although the cover is smooth, it did seem to irritate my skin. The pillow fits with regular pillowcases, so this was an easy fix. I will continue to use this pillow for sleeping. The price was great since I purchased it for $19.99 during Prime Days, and it appears to be comparable in design and quality to pillows twice the price. I have several other cervical neck pillows that didn’t do the job. After reviewing the specs, I decided to take a chance on this one, and I am glad that I did. I am pleased with my purchase.
