I installed and had been using the lights for about a month and love them. The lights are beautiful, the quality of the product and crystals is really good for a fair price. The installation was OK but due to height you may need an electrician, I was able to install as I have the proper stair and experience. The length of the lights is preset but for very tall ceilings, I have to adjust mine which is what tool the longest. I would say it took me 2 hours for the adjusting/ installation. The illumination is great, much better than my older light, the LEDs are efficient and should last for a while. The advantage is that individual LEDs can be replaced VS other lights where you have to replace the whole thing, and I have seen if any issues the seller can send replacements. I really like that you can switch between yellow, neutral and white light and adjust brightness. I prefer using the app which was easy to install and pair than using another remote control. You may also use the switch to change between colors but note that to memorize the color you need to wait like 30 seconds before turning off, otherwise the color will change (most of the color changing lights operate like this). ... show more

The media could not be loaded. We bought and set up the chandelier. Set up was time consuming and difficult but we were very happy once we got it up. However we ran into one big problem. Two of the crystal bulbs have tread which is way to small and not connecting to the fixture. We tried to contact the sellers via phone but have been unsuccessful after multiple attempts. At this point, if we cannot be sent replacement bulbs we will have to return the item. Would be happy to adjust rating if we had all bulbs fitting. ... show more

The remote is terribly non responsive and the chandelier doesn't look nearly as pretty in person as it does in the pictures. Maybe in a much narrower space it might look better. Overall meh. Install was pretty easy though.
