I love the tree. It did come without the ability to switch light modes, was missing part of the cord that allows you to change settings, turn off-on without unplugging. I contacted the seller, and they were quick with response & sent me another cord set that worked to get some light options, but not all. I would still give them a great review for their quick response & solved the problem to the best of their ability since the tree is now sold out & they somehow found a cord that works, at least partially. The tree itself is adorable, not too messy, full when fluffed. I would order another if they come back in stock.

I am so disappointed in this product, it is nothing like the picture, I purchased the tree because it showed a full fluffy tree, however what I received isn’t what in the photo… sigh I am not one to write negative things, but it is what it is.

This was a great purchase! Went up easy, perfect size for small space! The white comes off while decorating but it cleans up easy with a vacuum. I’d definitely recommend for a small area!

I bought the white with red berries Arctic Fir Pencil Tree. The tree is overall good and looks great and adds to the festive season. Only thing is the white fluff fell out a lot at the beginning when I was assembling the tree. It reduced after the one time assembly but it still comes off. Overall i love the tree and it looks great with red berries and lights. The only disadvantage is the white fluff that comes off.
