My goal was to find a tree that would look attractive, was a nice size but not huge & didn't cost $500. !! This tree is a really nice choice for the price point. I purchased in Sept. so I set it up as a trial run to make sure everything was working & to make sure that I liked it too! I do have to mention that the box it was shipped in (which is the box you would store it in) was busted open on the sides. Thankfully the tree wasn't damaged & I just taped up the edges to repair it. This tree comes with easy to follow assembly instructions & a customer service number should you have a problem. It went up quickly, looked really pretty & had a lot of different options for your choice of light colors, blinking & twinkling. I was hoping for a bit more of the "crystals" but like I said, for the price it is a really pretty tree. I look forward to bringing it out in December, fluffing it up and decorating it. ... show more

    • Top Lights Don’t Work
The tree is very pretty, and very easy to put together. But the top lights do not work. So now I need to order a strand of lights for the top of the tree. Very disappointed.

This tree is fabulous. I love not having to buy into the disposable, live tree industry & re-use this one for years to come hopefully. Came in a compact box, easy to assemble by myself, no ladder needed, lights all worked. It’s no nice the tree comes with lights and I don’t have to hassle with stringing multiple strands of lights. The media could not be loaded. The shape is okay, height is okay, but this looks like a Charlie Brown tree. It looks nothing like the picture because this tree is missing so many leaves and spotty.

I do love the look of this tree but it falls short in a couple places. The bottom branches fall to the floor (see photo) so I have to bend the wire to bring them up. And the frosted ends of the branches are upside down, so you have to twist them all over. Overall I think it should have been a little cheaper for the faults but I am too lazy to return. It’s still a beautiful tree so I’ll make it work! ... show more

I received my tree earlier then date given, was surprised. Upon opening box I was sceptical. So I closed the box and said to self..... I'll wait til my husband gets home we ate our pizza and decided to prepare ourselves after opening box to assemble the tree. OMG MY TREE IS GORGEOUS LOVE IT!! AMAZING!! Assembly easy one , two,three.     • worst purchase ever.
This tree is absolutely horrible. The stand came broken. And the looks of the tree is horrible. It is past the return window, because I didn't open it until today. I guess I am just going to have to pay to take this $137.00 purchase to the dump.... This does not even deserve a one star rating.
