Works great with John Deere JX75. As others have noted, the carb kit doesn’t come with gaskets. I also recommend adjusting the governor screw upon start up.

As with most, I usually don’t leave reviews because it takes up more time than I have. However, this was such an easy solution and such a great price and so much better than dealing with a bad Carburetor. My complements to those who put this together!

I obtained a very nice John Deere JX75 from a local swap site because it wouldn’t start. I cleaned the original carburetor, but the jet was stripped beyond repair. I ordered this and installed it with zero issues and the mower fired right up in one pull. It performs great and has no issues at all. The one thing I noticed is that you have to back off the choke slowly or it will die, but this is not an issue at all. ... show more

Replacement for corroded OEM carb on JX75 John Deere walk-behind lawnmower. This carb came with both a fuel-line filter and new sparkplug and started on the very first pull. BUT . . . where were the gaskets for the intake and outflow sides of the carb??? Not included, apparently! Fortunately, I was able to carefully remove and reuse gaskets from the existing carb, but this omission from the description should be stated clearly in the description! ... show more
