I really liked the overall design of the bed, especially the built-in outlet on the headboard — it’s a great idea for charging your phone at night. However, I had a few issues during assembly. The hole for the outlet didn’t line up properly with the other pieces. It goes through two panels — one wooden and another that leads to the storage area — but the cuts are slightly misaligned, maybe about half an inch off. Because of that, the outlet piece doesn’t fit completely, and I couldn’t install it the way it should be. Another thing I didn’t like is that the screws on the headboard are completely exposed. The bed didn’t come with any plastic caps to cover them, so you can clearly see the silver and black screws against the brown wood. It makes the bed look unfinished. Overall, it’s a nice-looking bed, but the assembly details and finishing could definitely be improved. I tried to reach out to Yitahome to ask if maybe they could help with the issue, but I was told I should contact Amazon, and Amazon only offered me to return it (after having the bed assembled). I am very frustrated. Wanted to be able to send them those pics and ask for help but didn't find a way to do it!

I don’t understand why people said it was hard to assemble. It’s like any assembly (some parts were definitely annoying). However I hate alen wrenches I will never give 5 stars for those.

I was worried it would not arrive in time for Christmas but it did. My daughter loves it. It is nice and stury with plenty of underneath storage space. We were able to eliminate her dresser giving her more space in her room 100% Pleased with this purchase.

Drawers don’t go in straight and constantly get pushed under the bed. Bed is shaky and noisy. Led lights are so dim they don’t do anything. You can use the headboard storage for anything because you can barely pull it forward. Regret buying this every night I get in bed
