The product does not stand on balance. I fell twice. I definitely recommend not to buy it when there is a child at home. I wanted to return it but it was not taken even though I put it in front of the door on the specified date. Now it says the return date is closed. Very bad service.

Beautiful egg chair and would love to give it 5 stars but the chair piece, the connection point between the chair and the frame, was not soldered correctly. It was slightly shifted over so it was impossible to latch that my friend and I had to take a hammer to open it which caused the rattan pieces to untangle. ... show more

Pretty easy to assemble, though we needed a hammer to get some of the screws in. It’s comfortable and attractive looking. My teen daughter really enjoys sitting in it. It doesn’t hang straight, which is a little worrisome, but the only problem we’ve had with it tipping over was in some very high winds and no one was in it. Easy enough to get upright. I would NOT recommend this for pre-teens or kids who can’t keep reasonably still. This is for chilling, NOT for swinging. I feel like it could tip over if there was any rough play. The bolts just don’t keep it incredibly sturdy and it twists, which is why it doesn’t hang straight. Still comfortable and nice, just be aware that it’s more for adults and responsible kids. ... show more
