The media could not be loaded. Okay first the box had a little damage in shipping but, this in no way affected the materials inside. Everything was packaged well and included a few extra screws and bolts. I will say if you are doing this alone have a dolly or help carrying it to room to set it up in. It is a very long and heavy box. Getting in the build. For the first time ever every hole was lined up perfect. There were no missing parts at all. All but 1 piece was labled and it is obvious what piece it is if your's comes unlabled as well. It is rail brace piece under headboard. The led strips x1 and x2 pieces are reversed so be sure to know on x1 page it is actually x2. Same with brackets. Instructions say m1 m2 but, there is only a package labeled m. To continue on build the Instructions are easy and very user friendly. There is however 27 pages of steps so it is not a quick process. With a few breaks it took me a few hours but, I am a bit ocd with part orders. What I will say is I wish the led strips were a bit longer and ran more of the head board but as seen in my video it puts out a nice ambient light. I myself will be adding some inside hidden compartment. As for the compartment door it has two mounting methods half way down the wood door and at top. Variation will let door open half way or all the way. I prefer the half way down so my brackets are at top. The door hinges if you follow instructions they are a little tight. My recommended fix to this is slide hinges together after ones on door panel are screwed in and, then screw hinge into the headboard side. Overall the bed frame is phenomenal, plenty of support and looks good too.

Great for the price, some of the instructions could have been clearer, but we were able to figure it out, my daughter loves the storage in the headboard and the lights. It is exactly what we expected it to be.

Love! It took me and my s/o about 4 hours to put this bed together. It wasn't to complicatedvery tedious. You will definitely need 2 people to put this together. You can also just look at the pictures to put it together, which is good considering the fact there aren't many words if any at all explaining anything. I weigh around 150 my s/o weighs roughly 200-220 and it seems stable enough for both of us. I was a little worried if the metal would be able to sleep both of us without any issues and it seems to be holding up great. I definitely wouldn't be jumping on it, it would probably fall right apart. I love all the compartments. especially the hidden one behind the cloth head board. For the price you are getting it at you really can't beat it. I did have some trouble with the l.e.d lights at first. They were working fine and randomly shut off and wouldn't come back on. I tried a different charging block and a different outlet altogether and nothing really worked so I kinda just left it at that. Then 2 nights later it just comes back on randomly and had been working since.. So not really sure what that was about but no other problems. would be perfect for young kids as well. This bed does not sit very high up at all. That would be the only downside to the whole bed for me. I thought it would come up a littler high but I'm 5'4 and it's comes up about 4 fingers above my ankles. You definitely won't stub your toe cause the poles are hidden well , however, the area right above my ankle on my right leg is bruised badly from hitting my leg on the corner of the part your mattress is laying on. When it's dark and you are trying to get to the bathroom or just waking up and rubbing your eyes, that corner will get you every single time. 🤦🏾♀️ I'm actually thinking about getting another mattress and putting it on top of my current one and I think that might give me a little more height so you don't feel like you are so close to the ground. the assembly would be the only reason I wouldn't purchase this bed again. overall very pleased and happy. thank you

If I could give no stars I would. This is the biggest pain in the butt to put together. I wouldn’t tell my worst enemy to buy this bed. Took us 4 hours to get it together. Holes don’t line up properly, the cushioned part was warped. Just a complete headache.

The bed itself is awesome. Every piece felt super sturdy and the platform bed supports are metal, not wood. So you wouldn’t have to worry about them breaking unless you have an adult jumping on the bed. My one star docked are for the instructions. Several photos on the instructions are reversed from what you need to actually do. So you have to stop and compare the look to where you’re building it in relation to the bed and then flip the pieces around. Or often, the left side in the photo is the right and vice versa. But other than that, it’s a fantastic deal. My son is in love with it. 3.5hr assembly time because there are so many dang pieces and I have carpal tunnel.
