I was looking forward to this convertible chair. First, the box arrived damaged. The under fabric was torn but would not be seen. Began to put it together and the instructions were so poorly done that it took forever. It could have been so much better. After finally getting it built, the pull out part does not stay connected. It is on wheels and the slightest move disconnects it from chair- poor mechanism is a too short screw. It would have been better to put the chair on wheels! It is too hard to sleep on, fine to sit on. Since I bought it for the convert to ned option and this is not good I will be returning it. ... show more

Arm of chair arrived a tad bit damaged. It’s a firm chair the assembly was pretty simple. The wheel also popped off when putting chair in designated area but that can be put back on.

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!! After looking for several days, I chose this product due to product description, prime eligibility, and lack of reviews, and let me tell you, I have NEVER gotten such a product that made me feel I had wasted my money more than this one. After assembling, with instructions that were not only lacking, but confusing to boot, it was time to check out the product, and due to clear quality issues that should have been caught in the factory, the "chaise lounge" or "sleeper" options are entirely un-usable due to metal chips in one of the main screw catches. Not worth the trouble to return, and not worth the headache to try to use. I'll be cutting my losses on this one with a STRONG suggestion for you to look elsewhere for a better, more viable option. ... show more

Not good. The whole bottom part comes apart so it’s not one whole piece. It also came damaged! Do not waste your money, if we didn’t need it we would return it!
