if u want it as a sofa, it’s amazing but if u want to lay on it, i would suggest u put something on top of it. it is quite hard to lay on ur back

My husband got this for my mother and she loves it. Now she can stand up on her own. She says it's very comfortable and we put it together in a snap. I highly recommend this chair to anyone that has a mom or dad that needs help getting up from the chair. Oh it has heat and vibrates too. That's nice in the winter. This chair it totally worth every dime!

I purchased this Power Lift Recliner for my wife. She is extremely happy. She said it was perfect. She said it is comfortable and relieved her leg and back pains. It was easy to put together. No tools were needed. Make sure you hear a click when you slide the back onto the brackets. That click locks the back in place.

Chair arrived I assembled it I wired it correctly and have to be a total idiot not to be able to do that as everything is color coded I went ahead and lifted the chair when no one in it till it's full height and that's where it stays. The chair will not retract the chair will not go back to a singing position the chair is stuck and the total upright position. Amazon said that I could return the chair but being that it's all the way in the upright position there's no way on Earth I can get that out of my home unless I either tear out part of my walls and or tear the chair to part but right now there's no way any practical way to get this chair out of this home without some severe modification of either the chair or my house. I talked to the company's tech support they were going to call me back that's a couple hours ago I'm still waiting I don't know what to do this thing is now almost 6 ft tall 4-ft wide and weighs over 100 lb and stuck in my front room in the upright stand up position. I asked did the controller have any lights or does the illuminate and neither Amazon or the company that manufactures this chair could tell me if that was the case it is quite possible the controlling unit does not function as there's no lights on it but again nobody knows that that's supposed to light up or not take your money and save it but don't waste it on this piece of china crap. Update**" I have not received any emails back from the company that made this chair I called Amazon again about the fact that this chair is defective and is stuck in the upright position I was transferred three different times I was told I would need to disassemble the chair repackage the chair and someone would come and pick it up I've asked the manufacturer now how does one go about disassembling a fully lifted power lift chair in the upright position to send me detailed directions with an illustrations on how that's to be done and they have not replied also I might add after the third person at Amazon read the script about returning objects they just promptly hung up on me. There's no lesson learned here this was just pure theft they just stole the money that chair costs for me to purchase.

The recliner works as it was described. The heat is only in the lower portion of the back and not in the shoulders, neck or legs. The vibration is light and not very impactful. It’s kinda noisy when it’s vibrating. For the level of comfort it is comfortable on the stiffer side so if your looking for an oversized super comfortable recliner this isn’t it. This offers a more sophisticated level of comfort not frumpy so to speak. Not terrible for the cost at all. But for the reasoning of the heat and vibrations, that is my reason for the low rating.
