This is an absolutely terrible product of a highly poor quality. The parts were missing, some of the parts were not matching due to faults in the design. I was unable to put this sofa together due to these issues. In addition, Despite scheduling multiple pickups, the designated carrier has repeatedly failed to collect my package. The carrier is simply not showing up to pick up the item and claim that they have made an attempt. No calls, no knocks on the door, nothing. I have contacted Amazon customer service several times, but the issue remains unresolved. Now they are telling me that the next pick up is available in two weeks only. The bottom line, do not buy this item and do not purchase sofas or bulky items through Amazon. You might run into significant problem returning it. Still haven't been able to return after the second time rescheduling the pick up.

So far sooo good! This couch took me a couple of hours to assemble but that’s because I did it all by myself. They were some parts that old have make things easier and faster had I waited for a second pair of hands but I just wanted to get it done. ANYWAY I’m in love with the look and feel of the fabric, the seats are firm but soooo comfortable. I will say If you are not a fan of the fabric you can always get a couch cover. But it’s not itchy and is a very durable material. It’s also a deep seat just like I wanted it and the pull out portion is the perfect size also 2 adults. You can lay comfortably on it and if you have kids or a kid they cannot and will fit comfortably too!

Not very comfortable. Cushions are not very thick. You can feel the wood bars underneath. Time consuming to put together but in all wasn’t very hard at all. Build quality is pretty stable. Very firm The side arm rest would not slide into place so I literally have to lean it against the side of the couch. Fair amount of storage. I wouldn’t buy again. Value for money… probably could get better from offer up

Im missing a wheel. It came without one wheel. I just thought it just came like that but it’s slightly off balance. It doesn’t slide out smoothly but I’m sure with that one wheel It’s cool.

The wood between the mattress and the metal frame is misaligned, which is causing the velcro strips to be ineffective. Assembling this item was quite frustrating. I was ready to return but the boxes were destroyed.

Came fast and in two boxes. The material is comfortable and soft. The cushions aren’t super thick but are comfortable. It was easy to assemble and took me about 3 hours by myself.
