Hardware missing

I received this item with no hardware so it’s impossible to put it together. I have reached out to Amazon 3 times and to the manufacturer 3 times. No help. No resolution. I cannot return it because I want to install it in a new house. I really need them to send me the proper hardware (which is supposed to be included in the $600 price)
