Dont buy this pruduct, i order this product knowing it look comfy but when i got it, it wasnt look same as it show on the pictures and it was impossible to assemble, none of the holes for screw matches and some are missing hole, i call manufatures and they says they cant help me fix this their product even its clearly manufacture issue, useless and waste of money! ... show more

Item came in MISSING parts. The middle two legs were missing. I was refunded for half of the item and tried to reach out to manufacture for more parts and they said they could not send individual parts out so I would have to return the whole item. I did not want to do that since this is obviously a large piece of furniture…. I ended up ordering different legs for the futon here on amazon as well, instead. The only reason I would give this futon 3 stars is because it is genuinely very comfortable and soft. I like the look of it too.. just unfortunate I had to go out of my way to build it with different parts I had to order. ... show more
