Great product. We wanted something that could be functional as well as a safe place for our younger pup. This is perfect! The size is perfect for our 40lb pitbull to be comfortable and move around a bit. She is already crate trained and has been teething on every pair of shoes she can get so we needed a better solution for her when we are not home. This thing is very sturdy and not too heavy once it's assembled. I was able to put this together by myself on my lunch break. The instructions are very clear and you get extra hardware just in case. The only issue I had was putting the shelves onto the crate. The screw holes do not line up very well and I had to put some serious muscle into getting them lined up. I really love how this turned out. I was a bit apprehensive about how big it would be but it fits in perfectly with enough space for my dog and maybe a little extra. I was also apprehensive about the price and whether or not it was worth it, and i genuinely feel like it was. Definitely measure and google what works best for your dog and dogs weight beforehand just so you know for sure though. It has a beautiful dark wood finish and is super functional. It did take a bit of time to put it together which i mean its furniture so you should always expect that, but it ended up perfect. Highly recommend it ... show more

We are very pleased with this furniture style kennel with multi-purpose shelving. Our Schipperke is kenneled three times per week and this piece works for his needs and our need for a pleasing appearance in the family room . The value for money, our furry family member's comfort, material quality and clear instructions with ease of assembly are all very good. It took a couple hours from unpacking to complete build. We used a cordless drill with bits that replaced the tools that came with the kit, so the build process was faster than if done manually. There were a few tight areas where we used the kit tools. Just my opinion out of experience with pets, this wouldn't be a top pick for chewers or escape artists... ... show more

The dog crate is beautiful! It matches my bedroom furniture. The wheels on bottom make it easy to move. It functions great. The instructions are amazing and it comes with one extra piece of ALL hardware. Be prepared to build! It took my 8 year old daughter and I roughly 3 hours to assemble. We are beginners. a very good crate for most dogs. however, my little Pom was able to climb up and get out from between the top and the wider space between the bars. Other than that, it's wonderful. It's good moving from one room to another also.
