Would not recommend. Having pump issues and no support. The pump keeps like freezing up. No blockage, cleaned etc and and is still doing it. It was delivered may 29th. Hooked up may 31st and issue started June 30th. Manufacture can’t locate order number.

Ice machine kicks a$$. The critical part of the install is the water supply must drip in slowly. If you just let water run with enough pressure to fill a pint for drinking glass etc from the tap or any other supply, it will overwhelm the ice making process and melt the ice as it forms. Water supply pressure must be reduced to a slow drip. Love the machine couldn’t ask for more.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I picked this product because it says that I can not hook it up to water and I could run it off of a 5 gallon jug what it doesn’t say is that you have to have a drain it uses so much water. It doesn’t reuse the water. it waste it and you would have to have a lot of 5 gallon drugs through the day you would be constantly moving water so the product is fine. It’s misleading on what it can do. It really needs to be hooked up to a permanent water source and have a permanent drain not at all what it kinda reads like It’s a great value for the money.
