For a "beginner bass" this is surprisingly really good quality for the price! Plugged into my bass amp and tuned it... zero extra buzzing and no fret buzz. This is a great, good functioning, and steal of a deal for a bass. I play it in my jazz band and it sounds clean.

9 yr old son wanted to learn to play bass. Arrived fast. No damage. Packaged well. Gig bag is great. I plugged it in, tuned it up. Sounds great for a beginner bass. Size is perfect for smaller hands. Not too heavy. Highly recommend for a beginner.

Not a bad option if you need a dirt cheap bass. It came set up decently with little to no imperfections and the hardware works just fine. I did have to tighten the lower strap button, but that was all. Overall it plays really nice and sounds just like a P bass should, plus there’s no fret buzz.
