The system is easy to install ( directions lack abit so YouTube will be helpful) it is very efficient! Replaced two 10,000 BTU portable a/c units. It keeps the area better cooled by a hung margin. Also it lowed my electric bill. I love it. The heat works great so far ( only gotten down to 48 at night as of yet) we'll see.the fan can really push out some airflow .The only thing that worried me is the fan always runs, although at a very low speed. After reading up on inverter system this seems to be normal. I would suggest to get a flaring tool so you can cut the copper pipe to correct length. It would make for a cleaner install on the outside unit.

Against the advice of my HVAC friends, I bought and installed this unit. I am very pleased! The cost was 1/6th of what my friends recommended I buy, but it works very well--both A/C all summer and now heat this winter. (I understand it may not be good for bitter cold, but seems fine when the outside air is in the 30s and 40s) I vacuumed the lines before I opened the refrigerant. Easy to install. I bought wall mounting brackets and line cover kit to make a nice finish.

It’s an ok unit from a relative standpoint. It’s a good/great unit from an independent standpoint. A bit torn between a 3 star and 4 but this unit replaced a 1 year old Della unit of the same btu. Installed in the same location (construction outside broke the Della unit). This cools a 2 car garage in south Texas and it does keep it cool, 66/67degrees in the hot South Texas summer so that’s great. The reason I knocked 1 star off was that the unit it replaced could get it down to the very low 60’s (which this couldn’t) and do it faster and without issue. Now that doesn’t practically matter but food for thought. I would buy another one of these over the Della given these are cheaper but both these things looks like they are identical and made in the same factory. It is quiet, install was relatively quick. Airflow is strong and it does function well. No word yet on durability as only be installed and operating for a relatively short time but I would recommend it. Just not giving it 5 stars as the same btu unit from another brand probably does a bit more cooling but this does definitely keep an uninsulated 2 car garage cold.

CAUTION!! We purchased this unit. Hired a professional HVAC to install the unit. Our unit immediately started to rattle extremely loud upon turning it on. The unit was immediately turned off. No loose parts are anything. Plugged it back in. The unit started to smoke, but never powered on again! So, the unit will be returned. Will not buy this brand again!
