The system is easy to install ( directions lack abit so YouTube will be helpful) it is very efficient! Replaced two 10,000 BTU portable a/c units. It keeps the area better cooled by a hung margin. Also it lowed my electric bill. I love it. The heat works great so far ( only gotten down to 48 at night as of yet) we'll see.the fan can really push out some airflow .The only thing that worried me is the fan always runs, although at a very low speed. After reading up on inverter system this seems to be normal. I would suggest to get a flaring tool so you can cut the copper pipe to correct length. It would make for a cleaner install on the outside unit.

Unit arrived damaged with a dent in the side of it. Had local HVAC company install unit and the compressor unit was dead on arrival. Wasted $250 just to find out it's junk. Noise level is great considering it doesn't work. I would imagine it's very energy efficient also considering it doesn't work. Stay far away from this unit.

It’s an ok unit from a relative standpoint. It’s a good/great unit from an independent standpoint. A bit torn between a 3 star and 4 but this unit replaced a 1 year old Della unit of the same btu. Installed in the same location (construction outside broke the Della unit). This cools a 2 car garage in south Texas and it does keep it cool, 66/67degrees in the hot South Texas summer so that’s great. The reason I knocked 1 star off was that the unit it replaced could get it down to the very low 60’s (which this couldn’t) and do it faster and without issue. Now that doesn’t practically matter but food for thought. I would buy another one of these over the Della given these are cheaper but both these things looks like they are identical and made in the same factory. It is quiet, install was relatively quick. Airflow is strong and it does function well. No word yet on durability as only be installed and operating for a relatively short time but I would recommend it. Just not giving it 5 stars as the same btu unit from another brand probably does a bit more cooling but this does definitely keep an uninsulated 2 car garage cold.

So far this unit has kept up with the Texas heat. I use this unit for the upstairs office in my metal shop and it's had no trouble keeping up with the heat. The outside unit is whisper quiet and the inside unit isn't really noticeable on low fan setting. The AC tech that installed it suggested that some of these more "cost effective" units might not last more than 2 years so I guess we'll see how it holds up over time.

Looks good and wasn’t too difficult to install. This unit does not come pre charged. If you don’t have a charge hose, you will need to find someone with a vacuum pump to vacuum the lines before it will run properly. You can see it around the 5 min mark in the installation video.

Installation was a breeze. After evacuating the lines, it worked perfectly. Room cooled down quickly with 91 F temperature outside. Interested to see how well it heats this winter.
