So far so good! Just got this out together and I love it.. we haven’t had a storm or rain yet so idk if it has leakage or how it hold up to that (I’ll update in a few months) only reason it got 4 starts is because the top part was a pain to put together. Be sure you have help and multiple ladders! But over all it wasn’t to bad, my mom and I put it together with help of my 3 younger children. My husband did help with the roof because I was tired by that point. It will take about a whole day to put together with just two people.. so invite friends to help and make sure if it’s in the middle of a sunny area, they use common sense and realize the metal gets hot, and have them something cold to drink.. they will get aggravated if it’s not completely square and level.. stuff will not line up c you don’t take the time to be sure it’s square. Other than that we love it and it looks great! No missing parts, very sturdy, fits great in my spot. And will be very functional for what we need it for..

Perfect for camp, we wanted something to cover our deck without having to use the awning, because it's often too windy to use it in early spring. It does take multiple people to set up, and take longer then I expected. But well worth it.

After getting the legs up and the upper frame together, we realized it was missing the hooks. Looked like someone just cut them out. After getting g the top mostly together, we are missing screws, lots of them. Holes didn't match up. Amazon's response to this was, take it down and send it bac, which they know no one is going to do. They couldnt just send us the missing parts. Assembly is a pain and takes a long time to do. They measure from the outside overhang to get overall size, not pole to pole. Build quality is good once you figure out how to get past the building obstacles. Overall not very happy with the inspection of this item ND not impressed with Amazon's solution the refund me $128 of my $599 purchase price for the problems. DONT DO IT!

Metal gauge is thinner than I hoped. Therefore, I don't expect this to last as long as I hoped. The instructions could use more wording. The worst thing was the useless plastic pieces that slip onto the top of the roofing panels for the apparent purpose of preventing rain from coming through the top of the roof. Try to get them to stay on while assembling the gazebo - GOOD LUCK!!! I am confident that wind will blow them off before the thin iron degrades to end the life of the product. Good things: The screw holes lined up well, there were extra screws (necessary as some screws seemed to strip out), parts were complete and in good condition. It is too early to say if I'd buy this again, but it was for a 94 year old woman. I hope she and the gazebo do well for a long time and go peacefully without regrets (when the time comes).

I wish I could tell you more about this gazebo, but I only got the 4 posts up before taking it down and promptly returning it. You see, your "10x10" gazebo doesn't even measure NINE FEET across as the OUTER measurement. The inner measurement is about 8'6", which is just insane. I measured three times to make sure that my patio furniture would fit, but had ZERO chance of fitting in this lie of a gazebo. I don't know WHERE it actually measures 10x10, but it is CERTAINLY NOT post to post. Also, the aluminum parts, while nice looking and nicely powdercoated, were extremely light. I would be wary about any sort of wind. ANOTHER fun facet; it was like 85 degrees the day I was setting up, and within maybe 5 minutes, the aluminum posts were uncomfortably hot to the touch. Like, JUST under "burn you" temperatures.
